Really lovely lady did eye test and contact lens review for my 15 year old son. Really helpful and felt she did a thorough job. My son has an eye condition and she gave lots of helpful and practical advice and answered all my questions.

If libraries can sell reading glasses for under five pounds ( and Post Offices), I don't see why a multinational billion-pound company has NONE for sale under thirty five pounds! I am a poor pensioner. Thank you for your service.

I arrived at 9am for a 9am appointment. I was informed that the Optometrist had not yet arrived but started prelim tests and paperwork. At 9.15am I was informed that Optometrist was sick! I felt I could have been informed earlier about the sickness (it was on a "live" system available for the staff to view). It may have saved me a wasted journney.

A very quick appointment at the last minute. Friendly and helpful admin staff. Thorough and professional optometrist who engaged with my concerns and communicated in a clear and responsive fashion.
